- Disclaimer - Please note that limited data, i.e., your name, role/designation, organization name, and email ID, will be shared with our meeting logistics vendor and conference partners. By continuing with the registration process, you consent to the sharing of this data.
- Early Bird Registration - For early bird registrations, payment must be received before the specified due date (early bird registration date). Payments received after the due date will not be considered eligible for the early bird registration fee.
- Refund Policy - Payments once made are non-refundable.
- Registration/Payment - Registration and payment are non-transferable.
- In case of unavoidable circumstances, a one-time change/transfer of registration may be permitted up to 30 November 2026 subject to approval from the organizing committee.
- Requests for a change in registration received after 30 November 2026 will not be eligible for complimentary transfer/change.
- Any change in registration details after this date will require the existing registration to be cancelled and a new registration to be made at the applicable regular registration fee prevailing on the date of the new registration.
- Registration Sub-Category - If your organization is an ISCR AMO member, all employees/members of the organization will be considered ISCR members, and the applicable registration category and fee will be the ISCR Member fee. - IMPORTANT Media Guidelines - The use of the Indian Society for Clinical Research (ISCR) name, logo, or content in any form by any individual or corporate member in print, television, digital media, or other media outreach is not permitted without prior approval from ISCR.
- Group Registration - For group registrations, payment and registration details must be received for a group of 8 or more participants to qualify for the group registration discount. Registrations/payments that do not meet the group requirement will not be considered group registrations, and the discount will not be applicable.
- Group Registration Payment - For group registrations, please write to info@iscr.org with the list of participants and their registration status.
