General Instructions

1. All fields marked with (*) are compulsory.
2. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
3. Undergraduates and Postgraduates students are not eligible for application.
4. MD thesis will not be accepted. PhD thesis project is acceptable.
5. Applicants should not apply in more than one category.
6. The category will be based on the date in the Postgraduate Degree Certificate.
7. • If < 10 years – early category
   • > 11 and <= 20 – mid category
   • > 20 years – senior category
8. If the applicant applies in the wrong category, he/she will be allocated to the respective category by the evaluators.
9. Please mention ‘Not applicable’ where appropriate.
10. Study must be completed in an Indian institution in the last 3 years (2024, 2025, and up to April 2026).
11. Applicant must be either the principal investigator or the Co-investigator of the project.
12. If co-investigator, must attach a letter from the PI, and must be forwarded by head of the Institute.
13. Files to be uploaded in PDF format.
14. The format for CV, Head of Institution Letter and the Mentorship/Guideship is attached in form. Please ensure to strictly follow the format while attaching PDF.
15. Candidates who are shortlisted will be required to provide letters of Recommendation from Head of institution and one Prominent Member of society.
16. Candidates may be asked to present their project or provide clarifications to the jury.
